About the Author
Upamanyu Madhow is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 1990, where he later served on the faculty. A Fellow of the IEEE, he worked for several years at Telcordia before moving to academia.Download From 4shared
